Very easy to use, very similar to Windows with built-in Firefox browser and a full Microsoft compatible Office suite.

No problems with worrying about Microsoft 10 and 11 issues or licencing as Linux Mint is free.
Just the box so you'll need a keyboard/mouse/monitor/internet connection.
