Fridge freezer (Bridge of Allan FK9)

Silver beko fridge freezer, works well as a fridge or a freezer but not both at the same time! I used it as a freezer but the fridge contents tended to freeze at times. If the thermostat is turned up, it works well as a fridge but not a freezer
