Paper sewing pattern for 5yo child's elasticated trousers (Winchmore Hill N21)

My grandson is tall and thin for his age (4yo). He's hard to buy trousers for, his mother said, so I thought I could sew something for him. Might anyone have a paper sewing pattern that they no longer need? That would be such a help. Thanks for your consideration.
