Portable Travel Scooter (Stockton TS17)

This is my parents old portable travel scooter.
They first had for putting in the back of the car, they have since bought a bigger one.
I believe it's fully functional apart from requiring a new battery as the old one was disposed of.
It also has the manual that came with it (pictured).
