I’m not very computer savvy and this has a fault on the print head.
My local shop has looked this over for me.
The expert opinion has found print heads are available online for £15 on Amazon, but I am reluctant to pay the money for all the labour too.

Printer is complete with instructions, paper feed trays, cables and worked fully before the error code arose.
