Lemon balm (Riseley, Bedford)

This fragrant herb is vigorous and self seeds rapidly, so we have much more than we need.
Use fresh or dried for culinary or medicinal purposes, or to make herbal tea. Come and cut as much as you can use, or try digging up and planting in your own garden (best in a pot).
