Quikrete Portland Cement (Ballard)

I have about a third of a bag of Quikrete Portland cement left over from a project. Just opened so it is still a powder. Good for making a ramp in sidewalks with uneven slabs. In Ballard near the Goodwill store. Preference given to requests with specific day and time for pickup.
