Esprit suitcase with TSA lock (crack in outer shell) (Barbican EC2Y)

Large suitcase with wheels.
There's a crack in the outer shell of the suitcase, which we have covered with tape (see second picture). Have used on a trip since the crack formed and the case travelled fine.
Stood vertically, the suitcase measures approx.:
74cm height (including wheels)
44cm width
25cm depth
