metal clothes hanging frame (Cleckheaton BD19)

this is old and has a few marks but is still OK for use. It comes in pieces and you need an Allan key to assemble it. It is height adjustable. The plastic clothes cover doesn't seem to quite fit but it goes over the frame OK. It would need a good clean as it has been in my grubby cellar for years.
