Karcher pressure washer (Fishers Green SG1)

I'm not sure whether this is working or not. It didn't work for a bit, I needed a washer urgently so bought a new one - so this is as seen with no guarantees. (But I think it might have recovered!) It's probably repairable - a nice "project".
