Table / Bedside Lamp NOT working (Liphook)

The light is NOT working. I tried changing the fuse and the light bulb - didn't work. Apart from that - it's in Lovely condition with the shade - anyone want to take it on ?

It is on-off touch control (touch the base). Probably dimmable.
