Creda "Office Hours Adaptor Clip" (North Sheen TW9)

Some kind of adaptor clip for Creda Electric heaters.
It says it is for Creda TSR "to suit office hours".
As it dates from 1982, I'm not sure if anyone would still have the kind of heater it is for. But offering on here just in case.
