Perennial divides front of border (Chorlton M21)

Hi looking for some low growing/ ground cover hardy geranium/cranesbill or any perennial to brighten front of my borders. I know people are dividing border plants this time of year so any would be appreciated:-) I'm in South Manchster, Chorlton so any in the is area so I can take a bus would be great.
