Small apple tree (Emerson MK4)

I cannot tell you the variety but when I dug it up 2yrs ago it was fine, it just doesn’t seem to like our garden and now a greenhouse is going to be in the spot the tree was in so it’s out.
It has a small rootball which I’ve bagged and watered however it will need to be planted immediately and kept moist so I will only be listing it this weekend before recycling it into compost/mulch.
It stands at about 4 feet high when planted.
