Old checkered sneakers (Brooklyn)

I'm looking for old checkered sneakers you know from like the '80s I'm like an eight and a half I know I put a lot of things here because number one money is a little tight for me I have to help my mom I have to help the church you know I have just one pair of sneakers and I'm not asking like I'm really desperate but if anybody has an old van sneakers I'm like an 8 and 1/2 I could do a nine but I really am 8 1/2 I would appreciate it please do not throw them away I could try to fix them up if they're scratched or something I would appreciate it thank you
