Soil for plants (Eye,)

Hello, does anybody have soil that’s good for outdoor potted plants? I’m looking for some soil to use for planting in outdoor plant pots. Recently, someone posted an offer to give away soil in yellow bins, but I can’t find that post anymore - if it’s still available, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks
