Toddler balance bike (Hook KT9)

I am looking for a balance bike for a two and a half year old boy. Ideally not too heavy and in reasonable condition and in working order. I am in Chessington so fairly local would be preferable (Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Epsom or similar).
