Mobility scooter [item no. 6] (Totteridge HW HP13)

Hardly used, all parts (recharging cable etc) but battery just about dead, even after re-charging - the red light goes on on the dashboard, but not enough power to move it. Please reply with item no. your name and phone no. This breaks down for easy transport in normal car.
