Toaster (Bear Flat)

This is a Duralit Toaster (Value approx £120)...2 years old and works fine but the toast crumpets etc. do not pop up far enough, so you have to fish out the toast. Frankly, not a big issue but need to be honest. We decided to buy a new one. Maybe you can fix it but you can still use it as it is.
