Singer sewing machine (SE19)

This is my mums sewing machine given to her for her wedding 30+ years ago. She’s not used it more than a handful of times and has been sitting in storage. I can’t seem to get it to work but I don’t know anything about sewing machines. Giving it away in hopes someone with experience may be able to fix it. And make use of it. Pedal is included but not shown in the picture
