Office chair (Chapel Allerton LS8)

Adjustable office chair. Works absolutely fine but as you can see the covering on the seat is torn. Doesn't affect the use/comfort but might be best in a workshop etc. Pet free and smoke free home so in good condition apart from the torn fabric. Collection only please. Ls8. Thanks!
