Shark Professional Navigator Lift-Away vacuum cleaner (model UV550).
It got a significant amount of water in its electrical components. After letting it dry, the suction seemed weaker and it smelled like burning, so I freaked out and haven't touched it since.
If you need replacement parts, it's pretty easily deconstructed. I don't know enough to know if it can be fixed.
