Tibetan coat. Some loose stitching: needs attention! (Bradleys Both BD20)

This I bought in Tibet in 1989, and it is very warm. However, it has some moth patches (not holes) and loose stitching. A competent dressmaker could I think, readily repair this and get a lot of use out of it.
