Thule roof box, roof bars and fitting kit for a range of car (Saughall village CH1)

Not been used for a few years but was in good condition last time it was used. One of the roof bar fitting blocks has insulation tape around it but not sure why. Should fit any car type listed on the fitting kit photo.
