New Xpelair fan model DX100TS (Barford, near Warwick)

Electric extractor fan, this was never used although installed but turned out to be wrong one so replaced. Instructions with fan but no box. Double insulated so doesn't require an earth

98 mm dia for 100 mm hole through wall, by 86.5 length
Face plate 178 X 178 mm + 36 mm depth
Built-in timer for preset delay 30 secs to 30 mins.
External wall grille and 100 mm wall sleeve duct not available.
