Heavily used Queen mattress (Near water st bridge)

Not pulling any punches here. Its 10 years old. We have a dog and a cat, and its been exposed to second hand smoke. Definitely no fleas, no bedbugs. There are some stains that I've cleaned with bleach products - there's discoloration, but they're sanitary. It is starting to cave on one side, but if you sleep in the middle its still got some life in it.
