Bench grinder and polisher (Salhouse NR13)

Looking to restore some of my father-in-laws old tools - many of which have gone rusty. Looking for a bench grinder so that I can have one end with a wire wheel on. This will allow me to remove the rust and sharpen tool edges. Thanks for looking.
