Non-Functional AC (State College)

Are you handy, or do you enjoy tinkering? This AC unit DOES NOT turn on, but for all I know it could be an easy fix. We’re not in a place to try to figure it out further, but perhaps you are? It seemed worth posting before throwing it in the trash, at least! Available for porch pickup near PFMS.
