Razor Scooter (Friendship Heights, D.C.)

Kids Razor scooter and charger. Non-working. Our best guess is that the battery no longer works either because it has not been used for awhile or because it was accidentally left on and so can no longer be charged. If someone wants to take it for parts or to see if they can replace the battery, we would love to pass it along rather than trash it.
