chair - comfortable office chair (Central District)

This chair is a few years old. It still functions very well, and it is very comfortable. Only issues are that there is some dog hair on the cushion (which can be removed with a little effort) and one of the arm rest cushions is ripped (see close-up photo). Otherwise the chair is in very good condition.
I am leaving it on my front porch (416 22nd Avenue, off of Jefferson). First come, first served. I will remove this add when I see that it has been taken.
