Orchid For Rehab And TLC (CT5)

White orchid that needs some knowledgable tlc to get it looking good again.
I'm sure it can be done, but I've tried before with others and not been very successful.
It last flowered earlier this year and has reliably flowered approx 2 x yearly for a few years now.

Any takers?
