Clearing out property, Sofa is dark brown, has been well used but plenty of life left in it, would be a shame to tip it if someone could make use of it. Size is 61" long & 3ft high Seat areas are in clean condition, no sagging, but on the sides at the back of the sofa and front of the arms there are scratch marks where a cat has previously been sharpening it claws I presume, could perhaps be covered with something.
Also double bed settee & mattress available, size when open is 6ft long x 4ft6" wide, metal frame with wood slats, closed size is 55" long x 30"high x 32"wide, all slats look good except one small shorter one has come out , doesn't effect use, frame opens/closes smoothly, mattress ok except for a few marks, has fire label on it, just needs mattress cover. Cover in pic included if wanted
