Coal for decorative use (Kenton)

We inherited an artificial flame electric fire which came with around 20 lumps of real coal. Can anyone use these? They're in a container so you won't get coal dust all over everything when you collect. Please give your mobile number when you respond so that we can arrange a pick up by text.
