MacAllister Petrol Muklti Tool (Balerno EH14)

Bought in 2019 it was not the solution I was looking for! Two-Stroke petrol with attachments for Brush Cutter; Grass Strimmer; Pole hedge trimmer and Pruner. I can start it and it will 'tick over' quite happily but when I try to 'accelerate' to start cutting it stutters (technical phrase) and stops. Some attachments never used. Please note that after posting this I will wait about a week before I respond.
