Cotton Bed Pillows (Middlefield & San Antonio Road)

I'm looking for bed pillows that have a 100% cotton shell, either standard size, or queen, and they may be stuffed with down and/or fiberfill of some type. I can pick them up on Saturday (today) if I know where to go.
