Yarn or wool needles (Millmount)

my mom is keeping asking me to get the needles that a yarn of wool can go through, I figure that the nose must be bigger than normal needles. Do you have something like that? Basically she wants to put the yarn or wool threads though the needle hole to stitch something together.
