Battered usable condition.
Vinyl covering has torn and has been “repaired “ with duck tape.
A tiny bit wobbly, not very, possibly just needs tightening.

Fully functional if you don’t care what it looks like, the issue is the leatherette.

Wheels and Swivels like an office char. Reclines. Headrest. Pop out footrest.
Black and red. Height adjusts.
