Road or Gravel Bike (Halifax North End)

Looking for a bike in reasonably good shape suitable for updating/restoring. I ride a 56 cm frame (M to L). I know, “not much hope”, but maybe that one your neighbour left chained to the lamppost last Fall, if they’d agree?
