Light wood frame with grey, perforated webbing for seat and back. Comfy and cool for summer weather. Only negative is some staining on the seat. I washed it with diluted Dawn dish soap which got rid of lots of it. Maybe more washing will do it or a cushion to cover it.
Measurements accurate but may be off by a fraction of an inch.
