Air conditioning unit (Brighton BN1 near Lanes)

Air conditioning unit with built in dehumidifier.
Comes with it's remote and the hose to vent the hot air out of the room the unit is in. Includes an additional attachment which lets you fully block the window if it's a sash or slider to prevent the warm air getting in to the room.

Originally cost £250 during the pandemic and has been sat unused taking up space ever since.

You can take the room temperature down to around 15 degrees in the room depending on it's size and your ability to isolate the hot vent hose out of the window.

Pick up from BN1 1NA, seafront Lanes. It's 20kg+ and does have wheels. You can park your car in the taxi rank outside the Old Ship hotel for 5 minutes to collect, I'm next door.

Please don't try to reserve for collection some other day, or if you haven't arranged for someone with transport to come, please only contact me when you have the confirmed ability to collect same day, as I have far too many no-shows and non-replies from people who've been promised, only to then ghost or change their mind last minute.
