Light fitting (Prenton CH43)

Really unusual light fitting. Have included pen in photo to show scale. 2 bulbs included. Has lots of tiny hooks on it so I imagine it once had things hanging from it. Would suit someone more creative than me who has some ideas for how to make it really special!
