Printer - sort of working (Orpington BR6)

Was working perfectly until I changed the colour cartridge now blue (cyan) doesn’t work. Apparently a known issue with some HP printers. I gave up trying to fix it but you might have more success. Prints black and white perfectly, scans, copies, faxes (!). With manual. Separate trays for photo paper and normal paper
