The table and umbrella are in good shape. The metal/structural components of the chairs are in good shape too but the material is very worn. Depending on weight, some people could sit in the chairs as is, but for sturdy set folks, you would likely have to put down another cushion in the seat of the chair. Close up photos of the chairs show an examples of how/where the fabric is breaking down.
