Embossing machine - for card making (Five Ways B16)

Hi, I have recently become interested in card making. I wonder if anyone has an embossing machine gathering dust that I could give some use to? I think they can also be used for cutting shapes and whatnot with the right dies so may have a different name. Thank you!
