Argos electric mixer (High Green S35)

Argos electric food mixer. Seem some use and works but for some reason, only one of the whisk turns - the other is struggling. May be fixable for someone who knows what they’re doing. I’ll keep it on here for a week but after that it’s going to the tip if no claimers.
