Handknotted wool rug from Afghanistan. 7.5ft x 11.5ft
Potentially has CLOTHES MOTHS. We vacuumed it many times in both sides, brushed it, beat it, and baked it in the DC sun, but cannot be certain it doesn’t have moths. From our research, leaving it in a hot car for a week will kill everything. Since we have moths in our house, we’re getting rid of all wool things because we never want to deal with it again. 😭
