Bicycle suitable for a tenner year old girl (Shelfield WS4)

Hi freeglers , I'm on the lookout for a 24" wheel mtb ,cruiser shopping bike ect for a tenner year old girl , my neighbour has a caravan near Gloucester and would like a bike for the little one so she can play with the other kids on site . I can arrange collection most weekends or during the day . Thank you for your time ❤️
