24' bike (girls preferred but not essential) (Norcot RG30)

My daughter has taken a like to riding but she is on a small bike, i was wondering if anyone had a 24inch frame at all? She's 9 and just wants to ride ! The only thing is I have 5 kids and no transport so would maybe need someone to bring it to me if possible? I'm in the rg30 6at area! Many thanks for reading my post! :)
