Roll of green upholstery fabric (Malvern WR14 2DF)

Green as in picture felt back upholstery fabric. I can't remember if it was fire retardant. I think it was but not completely sure. I ordered it for a project but my hands have been bad so unable to complete it. Also some small off cuts from another project.
