Broken plastic shelf (Pitsmoor S4)

I'm looking for broken plastic shelf with a full back and sides. Size could be variable, if I see the picture and get dimensions I will tell you if that's the one I need, number of shelves in it could be 3 to 5. It's hard to explain why, but it has to be broken one and NOT the one that is functional.
